Great company, lovely people. I've had no problems with them at all, there seems to be good communication between all their departments. Excellent customer service and fast response times. Good product recommendations and some good ideas for cost savings.
Copynet is a great company, they set up an IT network for me and supplied all the software I needed. The staff are great and they really know their stuff – they got my IT systems up and running in no time and I was really impressed with their product knowledge. Everything's working fine so far! I wasn’t sure about using a managed print service, but this company made it really easy. Friendly people who talk you through everything and know how to make it work for you and save you money. They're reliable and you can always get hold of them. They explain everything clearly which is a bonus! I would definitely recommend them.
